Title: Willie's Aunt Fibula's Punchbowl Cake

Yield: 4 Servings

1 Box yellow cake mix
1lgCrushed pineapple
1ptFrozen strawberries
3cMilk
2 8oz containers Cool Whip
1lgInstant vanilla pudding
4 Or 5 large bananas
3 Eggs
1/3cOil

Bake cake in 2 round cake pans according to box directions. Cool, then slice eack layer in half, so you have four layers.

While cake is cooling, mix pudding according to box directions, then fold one of the 8 oz. Cool Whips into pudding. Set aside.

Slice bananas into pinapple juice. Drain when ready to use. Place 1 layer of cake on bottom of punch bowl. Layer with 1/4 pineapple, 1/4 of pudding mix, and 1/5 of strawberries. Layer strawberries so juice will run down sides of the bowl. Repeat layering 3 times, then top with the other Cool Whip. Add rest of strawberies. Refrigerate.

8 fresh tomatoes 2 ripe avocadoes 4 drops lemon juice 2 pinches chili powder 2 sm handfuls of alfalfa sprouts 4 Tbsp chopped celery or green bell pepper 2 tsp chopped parsley 2 pinches coriander salt

Cut tops off tomatoes & scoop out insides. Save insides for another dish. Mash avocado & mix with the rest of the ingredients. Stuff into the tomato shells. Particularly good as an appetizer to a Mexican meal.
